Emailz provides business email hosting — mailboxes, aliases, forwarders, and related features on emailz.ca. The service is being built in phases and is not yet available for production use.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information at registration.
You agree not to use Emailz to send unsolicited bulk email, distribute malware, or infringe the rights of others. Abuse may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You retain ownership of the content in your mailbox. Emailz owns and operates emailz.ca; your mailbox address (yourname@emailz.ca) is provisioned for the duration of your active subscription. If your subscription lapses, your mailbox follows the same suspend-then-expire lifecycle described on the billing page — this page will be updated with the final policy on whether an expired local part can be claimed by a different customer before that policy takes effect.
Plans and pricing are described on the pricing page and served from the backend plan catalogue. Billing, subscriptions, and invoicing are implemented in a later phase; no charges are processed today.
Emailz does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Specific uptime commitments, if any, will be documented before a paid offering ships.
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
