Not legal advice
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (stored as hashed passwords, never in plain text). When you create mailboxes, we store the configuration needed to provide the service. Contact-form submissions store the name, email, subject, and message you provide.
We use your information to operate the service — authenticating you, provisioning mailboxes, routing mail, and responding to contact requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Your email content is yours. Emailz processes and stores email as needed to deliver the service. Access to mailbox content is restricted and governed by the access controls described in the architecture.
Emailz keeps security audit logs (such as sign-in events) for accountability. These logs are scrubbed of credentials before they are written.
We retain account and audit data for as long as your account is active and as needed for security and legal obligations. Specific retention periods will be documented as the service matures.
You may correct your account information or request deletion of your account. Contact us via the contact page to exercise these choices.
Emailz uses hashed passwords, encrypted tokens, and role-based access control. No security measure is perfect; we work to reduce risk as the service develops.
We may update this policy as the service develops. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
